faulty air conditioning closed pool

The smart TV was great and huge the fridge had space for our own drinks.

The air conditioning did not work in my room the central heating was set too high it was very uncomfortable. I spoke with staff and they moved me to a smaller room the issue remained.

attentive staff efficient check-in useful directions quick turnaround

i found the staff very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the front desk efficiently handled my check-in and check-out. the concierge offered useful directions and travel tips! i used the hotel's laundry service and was pleased with the quick turnaround and quality cleaning.

I noticed the soundproofing could be slightly better. Noises from the hallway were sometimes audible.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including korean dishes. i liked that the coffee was freshly brewed, not from a machine. the restaurant provided allergen information clearly, which i appreciated.

the fitness center included modern equipment such as treadmills and elliptical machines. i noticed that the pool area had comfortable loungers and a towel service. the business center provided computers with printing capabilities.

my room included a king-size bed with quality linens, and i slept well. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries! the room offered a well-stocked mini-bar with a selection of beverages.

accor policy room upgrade

The room was clean and looked new.

I asked for a late checkout, but I had to pay if I stayed after 2 PM. This is not Accor policy and should be stopped. I asked for a room upgrade, but they told me they were full. This was FRUSTRATING.
